Total Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any equipment ordered under your agreement with Altek Business Systems, we will replace it with an identical or comparable model.
This guarantee is effective for three years following the delivery and acceptance of your equipment. If the equipment is financed through Altek for a period longer than three years, the guarantee with be effective for the duration of the assigned lease term.
This guarantee applies only to equipment which is continuously maintained by Altek’s service department and is not applicable to equipment purchased without our service support and/or damaged or destroyed by an act of God.
