Field Service Representative
This position is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all digital equipment and interface devices. You must be able to accurately diagnose, repair and maintain equipment in peak operating condition. You must be able to install and configure software and provide key operator support and training as needed.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years service experience as well as strong customer service skills, excellent mechanical and electrical comprehension, and the ability to work independently and travel to customer sites. Computer network experience is a plus. A professional image is necessary.
