The Altek Total Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not totally satisfied with any equipment ordered under your agreement with Altek, we will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or make with comparable features and capabilities. This guarantee will be effective for three years following the delivery and acceptance of your equipment. If the equipment is financed through Altek for a period longer than three years, the guarantee will be effective for the duration of the assigned lease term. This guarantee applies only to equipment which is continuously maintained by Altek's service department and is not applicable to equipment purchased without our service and support and/or damaged or destroyed by an act of God.
