Ray founded Altek Business Systems in 1991 with a mission: to deliver premier service and innovative solutions to the community. Under his leadership, the entire team shares a singular focus of empowering businesses with custom technology that drives sustainable growth and operational success.

“Altek started as a hardware company that happened to offer services on that hardware. Today, we have migrated more to a service provider that can offer hardware as part of the solution.”

Ray is active in community, civic, and church organizations. He also enjoys music, golf, fishing, and shooting sporting clays. Ray and his wife, Cindy, reside in Upper Salford, PA and have four daughters.

Cindy founded Altek alongside Ray in 1991. She has been instrumental in shaping the company’s administrative and financial operations. Today, she bringing decades of experience to her role and ensuring that Altek’s internal fiscal health supports its mission of excellence.

She sits on the board of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce and serves as a committee member for the local Leadercast event. She’s active in the Central Bucks Chamber, Upper Bucks Chamber, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber, and the Chamber for Greater Montgomery County.

Cindy and her husband, Ray, have proudly raised four daughters, three of which are married and have grandchildren. They are members of Calvary Church of Souderton. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and traveling.

A vital part of the Altek team since 2018, Scott provides essential support across the sales, service, and administrative departments. By meticulously monitoring analytics and reporting, he ensures a high standard of quality and precision in every project. His primary objective is to guarantee that every customer receives a seamless and superior experience.

When Scott isn’t working, he is usually hiking or taking day trips to events or new locations.

With over 45 years of experience, Wilhelm provides the strategic vision for Altek’s Managed IT division. He specializes in modernizing IT stacks to meet elite security standards while offering veteran on-site troubleshooting for high-level technical challenges. His leadership ensures your organization achieves peak network connectivity and a fortified, future-proof security.

In his spare time, he is an avid photographer, enjoys hot air ballooning, and is an active member in the Boy Scouts.

With over 30 years industry experience, in both fortune 500 & private technology companies, Cliff joins us as the Chief Strategy Officer. He is responsible for overseeing our strategic plan for growth while maintaining our core values.

Outside of work, Cliff loves spending time with his family and making a difference in people’s lives by supporting many local organizations.

Lexi’s journey with Altek began in 2018. She oversees daily operations and the internal administrative department. In her role as a strategic partner to the President, she leverages direct insights from the customer service team to inform key business decisions, ensuring Altek remains steadfastly committed to its customer-first mission.

In her free time, she loves to be in the kitchen baking or cooking. She prefers sweets, but is willing to try everything. You will also come to find, Lexi is extremely accurate with her archery bow – you have to take her word for it!

Adam, our Vice President of Sales, leads a forward-thinking team of "rebels" focused on delivering outstanding experiences at every stage of the sales journey. Committed to fostering both personal and professional growth, his mission is to challenge conventions, ignite creativity, and implement impactful strategies. As a servant leader, Adam champions progress within his team and the broader organization.

Devoted to building a positive culture, he actively seeks the next generation of sales talent — those who align with Altek’s core values and embrace a rebellious spirit.

Beyond work, Adam is a devoted father of two. He takes pride in balancing family life with his daughter's competitive dance commitments, a pursuit she passionately enjoys. An avid Philadelphia sports enthusiast, Adam is also a proud Eagles season ticket holder.

Carol joined our team in 2016 processing Accounts Payable, which involves monthly meter reads and reporting. She communicates with the team and combs through each report to verify invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner. She enjoys helping customers, answering questions, and resolving issues. Prior to Altek, Carol worked for a major utility company in Alexandria, VA as an Administrative Assistant.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with family and cooking.

A cornerstone of Altek since 2010, Ricardo directs daily IT operations with a foundational commitment to elite customer service. He serves as the Senior Level 3 of technical escalation, providing expert remote and on-site troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and ensure maximum operational uptime for your organization.

Fernando has been with Altek since 2020 specialized in seamless client transitions, managing migrations to ensure zero-loss productivity and minimal downtime. He balances agile technical troubleshooting with strategic oversight, conducting quarterly strategic reviews to align your ongoing performance with your long-term business objectives.

Before working with Altek, Fernando's previous role was working in a computer warehouse where he would troubleshoot, format, and repair computers. His favorite aspect about computers are their complexity. "No matter how smart you get, no matter how much research you do on them, there will always be more to learn and something new to try."

Outside of work, he's known for writing short stories and watching tons of Anime, his favorite being Madoka Magica.

Rob has been with Altek since 2023, implementing rigorous security frameworks in partnership with Galactic Advisors to ensure total
compliance. He provides dedicated on-site and remote technical support, coupled with quarterly strategic reviews to align your systems with future project goals.

Logan is dedicated Tier 1 Support Specialist focused on resolving technical challenges at the first point of contact. From initial
troubleshooting on the IT Hotline to performing hands-on fixes for day-to-day hardware and software issues. If a problem requires a deeper dive, he ensures it is expertly scheduled and escalated.

Logan is in his first professional role out of college and brings a strong enthusiasm for working with computers to the Altek team. He is also a passionate writer, balancing technical problem-solving with creative expression — preferably without being asked to write too much about himself 🙂

Leveraging years of experience as a field service technician, Jake provides expert-level troubleshooting for print and network solutions.
Since 2018, he has bridged the gap between hardware and software, providing hands-on training and remote support that ensures peak
operational uptime. He enjoys meeting new people on a daily basis, traveling to new places, and the challenges that each day brings.

Outside of work, he loves being a father to his son, playing gigs on the weekends with his band, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends.

Vince is the Sales Manager in our New Jersey branch office since Dec 2022. His favorite part about the position is how every day is different, being able to meet and help people with their work environments, and collaborating with his co-workers.

Prior to Altek, he worked in the industry for 6 years. Prior to that, he managed a pawn shop for 9 years.

Outside of work, he enjoys shooting pool, bowling, and daily fantasy sports. He love delicious dinners and spending time with family.

Brianna has been with Altek since 2021. Her favorite part about the position is meeting new people and building relationships every day.

Prior to Altek, she worked at Bartender, Customer Service Rep, and Inside Sales Rep.

Outside of work, some of Brianna's passions are dogs (especially Doberman Pinschers), shopping, and bartending.

Since joining Altek in 2021, Nick has focused on deeply understanding client operations to align their unique requirements with Altek’s comprehensive IT service suite. He provides expert cybersecurity consultations and strategic insights leveraged through Altek’s penetration testing services.

His favorite part about the position is the company culture here at Altek. “The environment in the office gets me excited to come into work and inspires me to work harder.” Prior to Altek, he was in college. This is his first corporate role, and he’s loving the experience.

Outside work, he loves sports, health and fitness, origami, and reading.

Since joining Altek in 2024, Julie has leveraged 20 years of collective customer service experience and a master’s degree in psychology, transitioning from Customer Relations Manager into Sales, bridging technical challenges with business goals. She provides expert workflow optimization and enablement strategies to turn intricate product features into high-value outcomes.

A proud Philly sports fan and die-hard Eagles supporter, Julie’s world revolves around her family and her beloved dogs. She loves nothing more than spending time with her husband and son, taking her pups for car rides and long walks, or relaxing at home with a good couch cuddle.

Christina has been since Feb 2023. Her favorite part about the position is connecting and meeting with different people. She likes helping businesses maximize productivity and eliminate pain points with confidence.

Prior to Altek, she was a Program Manager for Events & Contract Negotiations for T-Mobile Mobile, high performing Community Engagement Manager and Sales Manager for the Northeast for 16 years. As well as a Bartender part-time for 18+ years in the restaurant industry.

Outside work, she also runs a small business, Busted Saddle bartending service. She loves spending time her family – her son, Colton, husband, Sean, and 2 dogs, Chase Jones & Riggs Johnson. They enjoy going to the mountains or the beach together. And despite her busy schedule, she still makes time to unwind at the gym.

Ryan brings prior experience as a Purchasing Manager at J.G. Wentworth to his role at Altek. He values the opportunity to work face-to-face with business owners and decision makers across a wide range of industries, helping them solve office technology challenges while learning from their business practices and building strong, lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, serving as a leader in his church, and playing drums during services. He also enjoys traveling and is an enthusiastic Eagles fan, especially during winning seasons.

Over the last several years, Ciarra serves as the dedicated administrative anchor for our major accounts, such as Freire Charter Schools, ensuring billing accuracy and operational transparency. By proactively removing administrative friction, she provides a seamless bridge for all fiscal requirements to ensure total project continuity.

Her professional background includes experience in daycare settings and as an animal control officer. She excels at problem-solving and enjoys building personal connections with customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Outside of work, Ciarra is deeply devoted to her dogs, family, and friends. She also has a passion for travel, exploring new destinations to immerse herself in diverse cultures and lifestyles.

Sara amends and manages Altek’s customer contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency. She works closely with customers and vendors to support billing accuracy and lease renewals, and she genuinely enjoys helping people. Prior to joining Altek, Sara studied nursing and worked in the healthcare field before her oldest child was born.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids who keep her on her toes.

Anne brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, customer service, and operations from her time at Davis Business Machines. She joined Altek following the acquisition of DBM customers and has since shaped her role to focus on customer service, day-to-day issue resolution, and maintaining accounts receivable, including collections. Now semi-retired, Anne enjoys staying active in the workforce and being part of the Altek team.

Outside of work, her greatest joys are her children and grandchildren; she has ten grandchildren and is actively involved in helping with childcare and daily routines.

Hannah works as Altek’s Supply Coordinator. “I work with a great group of people and I enjoy ensuring customers are taken care of."

Before joining Altek, Previous to working at Altek, I got a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and worked as both a Chemist and Personal Trainer.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, being active, and spending time with my dogs.

Mike has been part of the Altek team since January 2022, serving as a Service Technician. He brings more than two decades of industry experience to his role and values Altek’s family-oriented culture.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys watching his children play sports.

Justin Morris joined our team in 2013. His genuine interest in electronics, problem-solving, and working with people are essential and highly valued attributes. When he’s not working, you will find Justin enjoying the outdoors. He loves playing sports, especially golf. And you can guarantee he’ll be cheering on any Philly sports team!

Michael brings more than 25 years of experience in the print and business solutions industry to his role at Altek. His extensive background supports reliable, knowledgeable service for clients across a wide range of environments.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, especially football, and spending time with his and his sister’s cats.

Chris is our Service Technician since Nov 2021. His favorite part about the position is always being out and meeting new people. He appreciates how every day is different and never knowing what product or problem will come next.

Prior to Altek, he has 23 years within the print and business solutions industry. We appreciate his extensive experience.

Outside work, he loves the outdoors. He enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, or simply drifting the river – any reason to be in nature. He likes taking time to cook a delicious meal and trying new cuisine to challenge his culinary skills. Last but not least, spending time with his beautiful wife, family and friends.

Stefan brings experience from Davis Business Machines and Serono Baker Diagnostics to his role at Altek. He enjoys the day-to-day interaction with customers and takes pride in providing hands-on support in the field.

Outside of work, Stefan stays busy coaching youth sports, tackling home improvement projects, and listening to music.

Jordan brings hands-on experience from his background as a vending machine technician and customer service representative to his role as a Service Technician at Altek. He enjoys diagnosing, fixing, and building machines of all kinds (from snack machines to printers) and takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly for customers.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys watching movies, working on home projects, and spending quality time with his girlfriend.

David is our Warehouse Delivery Manager since Oct 2022. His favorite part about the position is being able to see new exciting places and meet interesting people.

Prior to Altek, he worked as a pizza delivery driver for 7 years, and as a warehouse loader for 1 year prior to Altek.

Outside work, I enjoy spending my free time with my wife & cats or hiking.

Robert works as Altek’s Assistant Warehouse Manager. “When it comes to the job, it is the team I get to work with around me. All the guys back here bring something to the team with years of experience, which I benefit from. I also enjoy the peace of the warehouse.”

Before joining Altek, he had a career in the US Air Force, and prior to that worked in hospitality as a Kitchen Lead.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys hiking on the Delaware Canal.

Prior to joining Altek, Ryan worked as a delivery driver, where long drives fueled his appreciation for music and independent time.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing softball and spending time with his dogs. Softball, in particular, gives him a chance to clear his head, stay active, and enjoy time with people he genuinely connects with.

Ziggy has joined our team as the Chief Morale Officer – very important role in our office! He is always excited to come to work and spend time with all his coworkers. His favorite aspect of the job is making everyone’s day a little better. And the treats are great too.

This is Ziggy’s first full-time position. Previous to Altek, he was a stayed-at-home pup with his brother, Ody.

Outside of work, he loves long walks, playing frisbee, munching carrots, and spending quality time with his family.
