Scott Flaherty

I would like to introduce myself. I’m Scott Flaherty, and I’m here to give you your first luxury office technology experience. Yes, luxury – referring to the overall customer experience versus the price tag. My background started working with businesses just like yours, selling basic office supplies and helping in any way I could. From there, I ventured into the automotive industry, where I discovered the extravagant side of sales and office solutions. In my experience selling everything from Subarus to Maseratis, Ferraris, McLarens, and Aston Martins, I learned that any large purchase needed the proper experience. Since coming to Altek in 2017, my focus has been to bring that exceptional feeling into our award-winning customer service and quality service.

Altek was founded in 1991, by Ray Derstine, with the focus of doing right by the customer, ensuring there is communication between all parties, and collaborating within the community to be able to provide more than just a business service.
Over the last 30 years, our experienced staff has focused on doing just that. Ray is still involved in every day business, handling customer solutions and providing consultations for businesses involving their technology. Since 2017, I have been a member of Altek, starting off as business manager and becoming Director of Operations, overseeing the Sales and Service Departments within Altek. Our business is, and always has been, focusing on helping you to better your business.
