Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Valued Customers and Partners,Â
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we want to share with you what Altek Business Systems is doing to deliver uninterrupted service to our customers during this time.
Our primary concern has always been the health and safety of our employees and customers. We communicate daily the importance of washing hands, avoid face touching, and keeping social distance. Most importantly, if they feel sick or have any symptom of COVID-19, or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, to self-quarantine themselves to avoid spreading the virus to anyone else.
Our technology at Altek has enabled most of our employees to work from their home and continue to support our customers. Our technicians are still handling emergency service calls and have been asked to wear gloves when entering and leaving buildings, spraying/wiping down all surfaces on equipment before and after working on it, and avoiding close contact with other people when in our customers offices.
COVID-19 will eventually pass and Altek will see you on the other side. In the meantime, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation as it will develop and change, and we will make adjustments and communicate with you accordingly. The health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one concern.
Thank you for your continued loyalty and support.

What Should I Do?Â
Wash Your Hands
We can’t stress this enough. Washing your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap + water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses.
Social Distancing
When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets into the air from their nose or mouth which may contain COVID-19 virus.
Seek Medical Attention Early
If you experience fever, cough and difficulty breathing, isolate yourself and consult medical care as soon as possible. Local testing is available.
Stay Informed
National and local authorities have the most up to date information on COVID-19. They are best places to advise on what we should be doing to protect ourselves.
Remain Calm
This is an incredibly difficult time for everyone. Check in with your loved ones, take a walk (while maintaining social distancing), and remember we’re in this together.
PRECAUTION: CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one concern. We are in this together.
We’re Here For You
Once again, we truly appreciate your business and want to ensure everyone prioritizes the health of our community. We look forward to continuing to provide you award-winning service. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
