Microsoft Server 12 End-of-Life

Microsoft will stop providing all updates for Server 2012 Operating System on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023. After this date, these products will no longer receive security updates, non-security updates, bug fixes, technical support, or online technical content updates.
Why?
Server 2012 is 10 years old and several replacement Server Operating Systems (Server 2016, Server 2019, and Server 2022) have replaced Server 2012. They put all their effort into improving the newest Operating System and only work on fixes to former Operating Systems. It takes teams of engineers to maintain 4 different Server Operating Systems so supporting a product that was sold 10 years ago is their cutoff.
What Must I Do?
