What was once a crisis-induced solution has become an intentional, longterm fixture in our workforce. Twitter told 5,000+ employees they can work from home permanently, even post-lockdown. Google, Facebook, and Microsoft currently offer temporary work from home throughout 2020 with the intention to shift more roles into fixed remote. Is this the tipping point?
